    2. Four heartwarming stories of cowboys, and the women who gave them the gift of their hearts He squinted at a small figure who appeared as stiff as a pew and bit back a smile, wondering how such a tiny body could make so much noise without saying a word Julie Lessman, Last Chance Christmas Hugh Stackman could handle a lot of things, and he liked to prove that on a daily basis The long time bachelor had no idea what to do with the crying woman in front of him Blue eyes, damp with tears Ruth Logan [...]

A fun collection of new stories Set from 1865 to 1889 all across the American West, with courageous, spunky, hard working women hoping for help to overcome difficult situations Their lives take a turn for the better with faith, hope, and love when they are joined by a set of genuine heroes, some needing help in their own lives None of them are perfect, but together their faith is strengthened, and they help each other remember that they aren t alone The stories are all good I particularly enjoye [...]

    6. This is an enjoyable set of historical christian romances set in 1880 s America from Texas to the Washington Territory.I would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys historical fiction which includes the faith journeys of the main characters, particularly though not necessarily during the Christmas season I m looking forward to reading from each of these four authors.Full review previously published at wp p5Tcfi 1ZnThis review refers to a review ebook read courtesy of the publisher, thr [...]

    7. This was a sweet book to read quick reads since there were four short stories in this book All in all, I loved three of the four stories sweet, easy to feel in the actual story, loved the Christian emphases The third story by Mary Connealy was somewhat flat and incredulous It just wasn t up to the same par as the other three stories But overall, I would recommend this book to those who want to have a nice Christmas read

    11. I used to be entirely opposed to the idea of novellas I love long books and I always want my favorite stories to be longer, so I found novellas to be the exact opposite of what I was looking for in a book That being said, I ve actually read a few recently that have been very well done and I ve begun enjoying some of them So when I was offered this book for review, I figured I would give it a go I really enjoy Julie Lessman and Mary Connealy s books, so I knew those would be good, though I was un [...]

    15. I was given a free copy of this book by Netgalley in exchange for this review, so I wish I could say something nicer. From a technical point of view, this book contains 4 well written novellas From a story and character perspective I struggled to finish. One thing which was not clear to me before I started this book is that it is very much about the wholesome Christian sort of love As an atheist and a romance enthusiast, this is really not my cup of tea I might have tolerated it better or avoided [...]
